Parent Feedback


Working is positive collaboration with families is essential in how we best support children’s learning. In this we value parental voice. Families have opportunities throughout the year to provide feedback which include:

  • daily on the gate, at collection times
  • meetings with teachers, the Pastoral team and Senior Leaders
  • Parent Forum (a meeting which takes place on a half-termly cycle)
  • PTA
  • Annual Family Survey

If a family is concerned about provision for their child in school, we ask that a meeting is sought. In this, we will carefully listen to the concern and respond, for the concern to be appropriately resolved.  If an issue remains unresolved, families can register a complaint with the school.
