School Dinners

School dinners are prepared daily on-site by our Caterer, Debbie Liddiard, and her team through Surrey Commercial Services.  Fresh ingredients are used and, where possible, are locally sourced from sustainable sources.

School dinners cost £2.70 per day for a 2-course meal.  All school dinners should be booked online through www.scopay.com by Friday of the preceding week, and are payable in advance.  Payment can be made in cash to the School Office, by cheque payable to Surrey County Council or online through School Cash Office.  Full information to pay online can be obtained from the School Office.  We would like to encourage parents to use the online payment facility.

Children in Years R, 1 and 2 are entitled to free hot meals under the Government's Universal Free Meals scheme.  Please speak to the School Office if you require any further information about this entitlement.

Special Diets and Allergies

Twelve15, the school caterers, cater for 14 recognised food allergens: celery, crustaceans, dairy, egg, fish, gluten, lupin, molluscs, mustard, nut, peanut, sesame, soya, sulphites. They also support vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, beef-free diets. If your child requires any of these diets and would like a school meal, you need to complete the Special Diet Request form, available from the school office. Please note that the caterer will only be able to serve special diet meals to those pupils whose request form has been fully processed and accepted. The caterer reserves the right to refuse to provide a meal to your child if this has not been fully processed.
